Bruce at home

After a cushy 2-night stay at CPMC (the "Ritz" of Bay Area birthing hospitals), Bruce arrived home at 333 Pierce Street on Saturday, August 13.

Like circus-clowns, he and his excited parents are getting settled and figuring it all out. We've been trying different things in all the rooms (with feeding, naps, changing facilities, etc). It seems that our bedroom / office / nursery is getting the most "family activity".

Gramma Sui with her first grandson - Helen's mom, Sui, flew up from Los Angeles to greet the new parents on their first day back from the hospital. She brought her family-recipe ginger soup which has been eaten by new mothers in China for generations. Sui has been cooking delicious meals for Colin and Helen everyday.
